Refuweegee.

Selina and everyone at Refugweegee work tirelessly to support newly arrived refugees and give them a real Glasgow welcome.

Rumpus Room.

Rumpus Room is a not-for-profit open-access art studio and project made with and for children & young people based in Govanhill.

Merry-Go-Round.

Based just round the corner from the cafe, on Nithsdale Road, Merry-Go-Round is a great social enterprise selling pre-loved baby clothes and providing support and starter packs to new mums and dads in the area.

 

Living Rent

The renters’ union fighting for a society built, led by and organised for the people. We are proud to host the Govanhill Members Defence monthly meetings in our space and provide hot food for the local branch meetings.

 

Mhor Collective

We really enjoy having the Mhor Collective help deliver our Thursday digital sessions. They use a human rights approach to digital inclusion and do great work across Glasgow and beyond.

The Well.

The Well Multi-Cultural Resource Centre in Govanhill offer up a great service of support our diverse community.

 

Govanhill Baths

We have collaborated with the Baths on many different projects over the years, focussing on anti-racist work and inclusion within the community. They support our work on digital inclusion and we’ve recently partnered up to deliver pickling workshops.

Big Noise.

We feel very lucky to know the team at Big Noise , they are an asset to Govanhill and we love having them over to the cafe for music sessions, sing alongs and concerts with the kids.

 

Glasgow Trades Collective

As well as building our beautiful new space on Cathcart Rd and many other beloved sites in Glasgow, the team at Trades Collective offer workshops for people looking to gain skills and build their confidence in the trades.
